Italian goth metal band Lacuna Coil formed in 1994, previous names for the band were Sleep of Right and Ethereal.

The band is unusual in that they have male and female vocalists, these contrasting vocals are sung over the top of guitars and extensive use of keyboards.

Lacuna Coil's members include Cristina Scabbia on vocals, Andrea Ferro on vocals, Cristiano 'Pizza' Migliore on guitar, Marco 'Maus' Biazzi on guitar, Marco Coti Zelati on bass guitar and keyboards and Cristiano 'Criz' Mozzati on drums.

They have recorded five studio albums to date.
